The mobile phone suddenly has no signal prompt.

If you are using a Huawei mobile phone and an "×" symbol appears on the signal grid in the status bar of the mobile phone, we suggest taking the following measures to try to solve it:

1. Is it a magnetic protective shell, a metal protective shell, a magnetic bracket or a magnetic sucker?

If the mobile phone uses metal protective case, magnetic protective case, magnetic bracket or magnetic sucker, it is recommended to take it off and try it. Metal and magnetic materials easily interfere with signals, resulting in poor cell phone signals.

2. Change the current location

(1) In some closed indoor environments, such as densely spaced buildings, the cell phone signal may be blocked, resulting in poor signal. You can go out and test whether the cell phone signal can return to normal.

(2) Operators' network coverage varies according to different regions, and urban areas basically meet the coverage, but some remote areas may have insufficient coverage capacity, which will lead to poor cell phone signal. We can judge whether the network coverage problem is caused by the poor cell phone signal when only in the same area or the poor cell phone signal when friends around us use the phone card of the same operator.

3. Check whether the APN setting is correct.

Incorrect APN settings will affect the normal use of the network.

Operating steps:

(1) Open the settings, enter APN in the top search bar, and click APN to enter the mobile data settings interface;

(2) Click the name of the access point (APN) to enter the APN setting interface;

(3) Open the three points in the upper right corner and click Reset to default settings.

4. Clean the SIM card and cross-change the card.

(1) Please take out the calling card and observe whether the metal surface is dirty or oxidized. It is recommended to keep the calling card clean and try again.

(2) It is recommended to replace other SIM cards of the same operator, or change the SIM card to another mobile phone that supports this card before watching. If the signal icons all show no signal, it is recommended to go to the operator's business hall for testing and replace the new SIM card.

5. Restore network settings

If the above operation still doesn't solve the problem, it is recommended to enter Settings, search and restore network settings, and click Restore Network Settings. This operation will delete WLAN and Bluetooth related records, so please be careful.

If the problem is still not solved after trying the above methods, please back up the data in advance (WeChat /QQ and other applications need to be backed up separately) and bring the relevant purchase vouchers to the nearby Huawei customer service center for testing.
