Users who apply for binding through the above channels can enter "My Power Consumption" >; "personal center" > click the "+"sign to bind it with the mobile phone number or ID number reserved in the power supply enterprise.

Power supply service commitment of China Southern Power Grid Corporation: customers who are in arrears and have power failure will resume power supply within 12 hours after paying the electricity bill.

2. If you are a card prepaid watt-hour meter user, please put the power purchase card on the power purchase card holder for about 60 seconds after the power purchase is completed. When the power purchase balance shows that the recharge is successful or the voice prompts that the recharge is successful.
