Will the court be notified by text message and telephone when the court is in session?

Legal analysis: Under normal circumstances, there will be no SMS notification in court. The court may notify the parties concerned by means of short message, telephone or fax in cases that are tried by summary procedure. Legal basis: Article 136 of the Civil Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). When trying a civil case, the people's court shall notify the parties and other participants in the proceedings three days before the hearing.

If the hearing is held in public, the names of the parties, the cause of action, the time and place of the hearing shall be announced.
