Bring the original ID card and the mobile phone you are using to the nearest local mobile business hall, or you can use the mobile phone service password and the verification code received by the mobile phone to inquire on the self-service equipment of the mobile business hall;

If the communication records on the mobile phone are synchronized to the network cloud disk, you can log in to the network cloud disk to view the synchronized call records (the final call records and fees are still subject to the records of the business hall).
