The mobile phone number has been changed, and you have to go to the bank to change it before you can cancel it. You can change your mobile phone number directly at CCB in Shenzhen, and then ask the staff there to cancel the SMS notification of Zhanjiang card for you.

Reminder: As long as there is no money in your card and there is no transaction within three years, your card will be automatically cancelled after three years. But remember to cancel the SMS notification first.
