First, strengthen the health management of employees in industrial enterprises in Jiang Lai. People who have lived in the county where the epidemic occurred in the last 7 days should register with the industrial enterprise in advance. For those who have lived in low-risk areas or counties where local epidemics have occurred for 7 days, they should complete two nucleic acid tests within 3 days and make good health observations. After completing the above health management, there is no abnormality before taking up the post. If the above-mentioned personnel have no residence in the local area, industrial enterprises will provide single and single room accommodation. During health observation, avoid going out and attending parties and dinners. According to the situation of epidemic prevention and control, the prevention and control policies should be adjusted accordingly. For special circumstances, please refer to the opinions of the local epidemic prevention and control department.

Second, strengthen the management of personnel entering the factory. All industrial enterprises carry out temperature detection on employees entering the factory, and strictly implement measures such as "wearing masks, scanning site codes, measuring temperature and registering" for visitors. Temporary observation points should be set up at the gate of the factory and equipped with necessary epidemic prevention conditions. Persons with abnormal body temperature or "yellow code and red code" should be temporarily placed in temporary observation points for isolation and disposed of according to relevant regulations.

Third, strengthen staff management and health monitoring. Industrial enterprises classify and register employees, treat employees, temporary workers, interns and other personnel dispatched by third parties as on-the-job employees and bring them into the normalized epidemic prevention and control management, and encourage the use of digital means for management. Make full use of electronic screens, display boards, windows, internal mail and other forms to publicize scientific prevention and control measures, and incorporate epidemic prevention and control knowledge into the normal training of enterprise employees. Sixth, strengthen the management of staff dormitory. Strengthen the management of epidemic prevention control in enterprise dormitories. The dormitory with poor ventilation should be equipped with ventilation equipment, and public toilets should be equipped with hand washing facilities and effective disinfection supplies; Strengthen the management of epidemic prevention and control in dormitory outside the factory. In addition to the management measures of dormitory outside the factory, employees must strictly implement measures such as "wearing masks, scanning code, measuring temperature, showing work permit and disinfection" when entering the dormitory. Temporary observation points must be set up at the entrance of the dormitory, and necessary epidemic prevention and treatment conditions must be equipped. Persons with abnormal body temperature or "yellow code and red code" should be temporarily placed in temporary observation points for isolation and disposed of according to relevant regulations.

Seven, strengthen the prevention and control management of logistics truck drivers. Establish a transportation information filing system for truck drivers from risk areas, conduct epidemic prevention inspection and special area operations according to regulations, and conditionally implement closed-loop management and point-to-point transportation for their trucks from epidemic prevention inspection points to destinations. Relevant cargo workplaces and freight enterprises should implement the main responsibility of epidemic prevention and control, strictly implement the local epidemic prevention and control requirements, and urge truck drivers and passengers and relevant loading and unloading personnel to take necessary protective measures.

Eight, strengthen the epidemic prevention and control of epidemic-related risk areas and overseas materials. Arrange relatively fixed personnel to handle materials in the risk areas related to the epidemic situation and overseas, conduct nucleic acid detection on the operating staff twice a week, and urge the operating staff to wear masks, gloves and isolation gown correctly to avoid touching their eyes, nose and mouth with their hands.
