How to unlock a locked appleid (solution description)

When the Apple ID account encounters multiple password errors or other situations that affect the security of the account, Apple will lock the account for security reasons, and you may see one of the following warnings:

1) "For security reasons, this Apple ID has been deactivated";

2) "You can't log in because your account has been deactivated for security reasons";

3) "This Apple ID has been locked for security reasons".

What if 1.Apple ID is locked?
