If the account balance is insufficient or the account is in a special state such as oral loss reporting or password loss reporting, the SMS notification fee of ABC debit card cannot be deducted on the deduction date, and the second deduction will be made at the end of the month. If the fee is not deducted for three consecutive months, the system will no longer automatically deduct the fee every month and suspend SMS sending. Customers can open SMS service through counter and bank payment, and only need to pay monthly usage fee. If you cancel after the arrears, you need to pay a one-month message service fee.
