A, assign code management personnel

Confirmed cases, asymptomatic infections. The confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons were given red team, and the duration was before discharge. Give a yellow code to the asymptomatic infected patients who have been discharged from hospital and are undergoing family health monitoring for 7 days.

Close contacts. The intensive isolation period of close contacts is 5 days and the duration is 5 days. After 5 days, it will turn to yellow code, and the duration will be 3 days of home isolation.

District investigator. Other risk personnel identified by multi-source comparison in regional survey data, except close contacts, shall be given a yellow code for 7 days.

People in high-risk areas. People in high-risk areas were given a yellow code for 5 days.

Spillover effect in high-risk areas. Overflow in high-risk areas is given a yellow code for 7 days.

Immigrants. The period of centralized isolation of entry personnel is 5 days, and the duration is 5 days from the date of entry. After 5 days, it will turn to yellow code, and the duration will be 3 days of home isolation.

Employees in high-risk positions who end closed-loop operations. Give yellow code to employees in high-risk positions who have completed closed-loop operations, and the duration is 5 days of family health monitoring.

People pushed from other provinces to the national government service platform. The red code personnel pushed by other provinces to the national government service platform will be given a red code for 7 days from the date of push, or the red code will be changed to green code by other provinces in advance. The yellow code personnel pushed to the national government service platform by other provinces will be given the yellow code for 7 days from the date of pushing, or the yellow code will be changed to the green code by other provinces in advance.

Personnel in other circumstances. Important inbound business people, sports groups and other major activities are given a yellow code, and the duration is the end of major activities such as business activities and competitions.

Second, restrict access to places.

Red team, code yellow personnel should strictly implement centralized isolation, home isolation and home health monitoring measures in accordance with the regulations, strictly restrict access to all kinds of public places, and it is strictly forbidden to take public transport. Under special circumstances, the community provides closed-loop services.

Third, strict inspection management.

Operators or managers of public places must scan the place code and check the health code of personnel as required, strengthen investigation and persuasion, and prohibit people with red code and yellow code from entering.
