Solution:

Mobile phone settings-wireless and network settings-mobile network-access point name. After entering the name of the access point, if the name is empty, you can click the menu button and select "New APN", and then a new interface will appear. Fill in "cmnet" in the name and APN options, regardless of other options, and then click the menu to select Save. After completing all the above steps, you will find a cmnet access point in the access point. Just choose it. At this point, you will find an "E" and two small up and down arrows in the notification bar, which indicates that the network connection has been successfully set up.
