1. Open WeChat, switch to "WeChat" page, find a WeChat friend, and click Enter.

2. Show all the content of chatting with friends.

3. Long press any chat record and select "More" in the shortcut menu that pops up.

4. At this point, a box will be displayed on the right side of the chat content. You can selectively check what you want to send. After the inspection, click the "envelope" icon in the lower right corner, as shown below.

5. Open a new email interface. In this case, please enter the email address of the recipient. You can email yourself. The subject and body content are automatically filled in, as shown in the figure below.
