What is an online seal?

Online Seal (hereinafter referred to as Online Seal): According to the Notice on Standardizing the Seal Format of Online Seal of Sichuan Public Security Management Information System jointly issued by Sichuan Provincial Public Security Department, Sichuan Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce and Sichuan Provincial State Taxation Bureau (CGF [2003] No.55) and the unified requirements announced by Chengdu Public Security Bureau in 2006, the official seals and contracts of all state organs, enterprises, institutions, social organizations, companies and other organizations in Sichuan Province. Online seals must be made of copper, plexiglass, photosensitive and revolving materials. Since June 5438+February 3, 20061,many commercial banks in Chengdu have also required to use online seals when handling business.

After June 30, 2007, any official seal, special seal for finance, special seal for contract, special seal for invoice and official seal of legal representative without auxiliary identification line and seal code shall be regarded as official seals that have not been approved by public security organs according to law.
