You can back up files from iTunes for recovery. The steps are as follows:

1. First, you need to download the recovery tool and install it on your computer, as shown in the following figure:

2. Then, connect the mobile phone to the computer with a data cable, and the tool will automatically detect the iTunes backup file, as shown in the following figure:

3. Click the "Restore from iTunes Backup File" button in the tool, then click "Select" or "Customize Add Database" at the bottom left, and finally click "Start Scanning" to immediately enter the scanning state, as shown in the following figure:
