Does it cost money to send text messages to Apple's mobile phone?

Apple mobile phone has iMessage function. If both parties turn on this function, texting is free. If not, there will be a charge.

Open iMessage tutorial:

Go to Settings-Info, and then open iMessage.

After the iMessage function is turned on, if the short message sent is blue, it means that both parties have turned on the iMessage function.
