Oppo mobile phone cannot recognize QR code.

The barcode software that comes with the camera cannot scan the QR code. The treatment method is as follows:

1. Check whether the lens of the rear camera is dirty or blocked. Wipe the lens of the rear camera and operate again.

2. It is suggested to adjust the appropriate distance when scanning the QR code to scan a clear and complete QR code.

3. The QR code may be abnormal. If possible, it is recommended to scan other QR codes to compare whether the QR codes are damaged or the information is incomplete.
