How to cancel Unicom's mobile phone number

If your mobile phone card is a post-paid user (including post-paid network card), go through the cancellation procedures:

1. Individual user: the owner himself shows the original valid ID card in his business hall;

2. Unit users: they must show the unit certificate, a copy of the business license stamped with the official seal, and the valid identity certificate of the manager to go to their own business hall;

You need to pay off the debt when you close the account. After the account is officially closed, the prepaid phone charges can be refunded, but the prepaid phone charges, grants and one-card phone charges cannot be refunded.

If your mobile phone number is a prepaid package, you don't need to cancel your account. If you stop recharging the prepaid number, Unicom will automatically take back the right to use the number and cancel the account.

But if your number is within the contract period, you can't cancel the card during the contract period.
