What information should be publicized in administrative punishment?

The first paragraph of Article 5 of the Administrative Punishment Law stipulates that "administrative punishment follows the principle of fairness and openness"; Article 39 stipulates that information such as the implementing organ, filing basis, implementation procedures and relief channels of administrative punishment shall be made public.

Administrative punishment is mainly aimed at individuals and units related to social order and social cases in our society, because such cases do not involve other types of crimes. In China, the punishment for such cases is more humane and rational.
