At present, the epidemic situation in China is many, wide and frequent, and the epidemic situation in many provinces is at a high level. There are confirmed cases in Xiangtan, Changsha, Yueyang, Shaoyang, Huaihua and Yongzhou in the province, and the prevention and control of epidemic situation in our county is facing severe challenges. In order to prevent the epidemic from entering our county, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, immediately enter the special care period for epidemic prevention and control. The county implemented special nursing period management from March 18 to April 18, 2022. All departments at all levels should maintain the state of emergency command and do a good job in epidemic prevention and control strictly and realistically.

The second is to comprehensively strengthen the management of personnel entering the scale. Third, strict personnel separation management. The fourth is to comprehensively strengthen the prevention and control of key places. All public places must quickly apply for and post the "site code" as required, and arrange to set up full-time "epidemic prevention supervisors" to ensure that "one door and one yard" and "everything must be swept" are managed by special personnel and checked one by one. Units that fail to implement code scanning or prevention and control measures and refuse to rectify will take measures such as shutting down.

Clinics shall not accept patients with fever without authorization, and guide patients to the nearest hospital where fever clinics are set up; Pharmacies should implement measures such as the registration system for drug purchasers and personnel inspection of "two codes", timely register the sales of drugs such as fever, cough, antivirus and antibiotics, and report according to procedures.

Catering units that undertake dinner activities such as banquets with more than five tables must strictly prevent and control the epidemic situation, ventilate and disinfect the restaurant, and ensure that all diners implement various prevention and control measures.

Sixth, strictly do personal protection. The public should continue to maintain hygienic habits such as wearing masks, washing hands frequently, ventilating frequently, not gathering, sharing meals, using public chopsticks and eating rice noodles, and cooperate with other epidemic prevention and control measures such as sweeping the place code, illuminating the health code and doing nucleic acid testing. Vaccinate as early as possible and throughout the whole process. When shopping online, it is unnecessary not to buy items from overseas and domestic high-risk areas; When buying food online, there is no need not to buy imported cold chain or frozen food.

Seven, investigate and deal with violations of epidemic prevention and control regulations.
