The process for foreigners to change their ID cards in Guangzhou is as follows:

1. If you find that your ID card is lost or needs to be reissued, you should apply for a replacement at the ID card acceptance point of the public security organ in your place of residence as soon as possible;

2. Fill in the acceptance form of resident ID card in different places after application;

3. Pay relevant fees, and you need to pay relevant fees for the replacement of your ID card;

4. Receipt for obtaining the license;

5. The public security organ of the domicile receives the information of the applicant's acceptance, conducts an audit and issues a certificate;

6. The public security organ of the place of residence shall complete the production, verification and distribution within the legal time after receiving the information of making the certificate;
