1. Add the purchased goods to the shopping cart, select the delivery shop and submit the order.

2. Meiyijia Mall will deliver the goods ordered by members to the delivery shop designated by members as soon as possible through the logistics system. Under normal circumstances, after a member places an order successfully, it will be delivered to the designated delivery shop within 3 days.

3. After the goods arrive at the store, Meiyijia will notify the members to pick up the goods by email, SMS, etc. Remind them of the order number, total amount, pick-up shop and other information.

If you are not sure whether the goods have arrived, members can call the delivery store to confirm whether the ordered goods have arrived before arriving at the store. If the member delays the delivery for more than 3 days, the ordered goods may be returned by the store. Once returned, if these goods are still needed, they must be re-ordered.

Shopping tips:

1. Members can get a store card at the store for free or write down the contact number of the pick-up store, which is convenient for inquiring about the arrival of goods.

2. If the same customer fails to pick up the goods twice without reason, Meiyijia has the right to terminate all service relationships with the customer at any time according to relevant information.
