How to check the violation ticket?

At present, there are four ways to query driver's license violations:

2. Log on to the foreign service website of the Public Security Traffic Management Bureau of each municipal public security bureau: find the vehicle violation query, enter the license plate number and vehicle engine number, and click Query.

3. Call the voice phone to ask.

4. Inquire about violations by writing short messages.

Driver's license violation inquiry steps:

1. Select the province where the vehicle violates the rules.

2. Click to enter the city where the car is located or go to the city.

3. Enter relevant information (name, license plate number, driver's license number) to quickly and accurately query violation records.

Vehicle violations will be dealt with by issuing a ticket: First, you can choose any handling point for handling after you confirm that your traffic violations are traffic violations photographed by electronic eyes through inquiry. If it is a mobile electronic police, that is, the police on duty on the road use cameras or video cameras to investigate and deal with it, they must go to the illegal handling point of the brigade to which the police on duty belong.

Second, it is the party or the owner who is required to deal with it according to law. Only when the parties show their driving license and driver's license can they inquire and print the notice of violation.

Third, check the terms and indicators of the notice of violation on the spot, and sign it after confirmation. The violator or the owner's agent shall sign in the corresponding position, and once the signature is approved, it will take effect immediately in law.

Fourth, we should properly keep the payment slip.

Fifth, if the detained car, license plate holder or foreign car need to issue a receipt for illegal handling, they must return to the handling point to go through the relevant formalities after paying the money, otherwise they don't have to return after paying the money.

6. Pay within 15 days after receiving the notice of administrative punishment for traffic violation by electronic monitoring, and the late payment fee will be exempted. If the fine is not paid within the time limit, a fine of 3% of the fine amount will be imposed on a daily basis.

Seventh, if the unit asks for a list of violation records, it shall be handled by the party's letter of introduction, work permit and enterprise code.
