What if I can't find the Bluetooth device icon in the control panel?

1. There is no Bluetooth device icon in the control panel.

2. You can open the Device Manager in Control Panel \ All Control Panel items to see if the computer has a Bluetooth module.

3. Right-click the computer icon, select Manage, and then select Services and Applications-Services-Find Bluetooth Service, Bluetooth Support Service and Print Background Service. Double-click these services to open them respectively and set them to start or automatic.

4. The shortcut keys for turning on Bluetooth function and wireless function are the same. Press fn+(one of f1-12) to turn on the Bluetooth module! The computer opens this path: Control Panel \ Hardware and Sound \ Devices and Printers, click Add Device, and then Bluetooth will start searching for Bluetooth devices. When the device is displayed, click and follow the steps to connect.
