Reasons for not receiving bank message:

1. Abnormal mobile phone status: check whether the SMS inbox is full, and verify whether the mobile phone is in arrears or has been turned off for more than 2 days.

2. Network reason: It is recommended to wait for the next transaction to observe the SMS prompt.

3. The SMS is overdue.

4. The operator blacklists the official customer service number of the bank or there is something wrong with the mobile phone setting.

5. Transactions that are not within the short message sending range: such as bank card annual fee/small account management fee deduction, bank interest settlement, etc.

6. The transaction amount is lower than the initial sending amount set by the branch or itself. If you still can't get it out after investigation, it is recommended to contact the bank to ask.
