Legal basis: A company established according to law in Article 7 of the Company Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall be issued a business license by the company registration authority. The date of issuance of the business license of the company is the date of establishment of the company.

The company's business license shall specify the company's name, domicile, registered capital, business scope, name of legal representative and other matters.

Where the matters recorded in the company's business license change, the company shall register the change according to law, and the company registration authority shall issue a new business license.

Article 3 of the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on the Administration of Registration of Enterprise as a Legal Person applies for registration as an enterprise as a legal person, and after being approved by the competent registration authority of enterprise as a legal person, it has obtained a business license of enterprise as a legal person and obtained legal person status, and its legitimate rights and interests are protected by state laws.

After being approved and registered by the administrative department for industry and commerce and issued a business license, the enterprise obtains the legal person status.

An enterprise shall engage in production and business activities within the approved and registered business scope.
