Will the detention center call the family?

Legal analysis: if it is local, it will be sent home and signed by the family. This is a family notice. In different places, the signature is usually served through the local public security bureau, and no SMS notification will be sent. SMS notification is a liar.

Legal basis: Article 93 of the Criminal Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall immediately send the arrested person to the detention center for custody. Unless it is impossible to notify, the family of the arrested person shall be notified within 24 hours after the arrest.
