How to restore chat records after deleting friends on WeChat?

There are two ways to restore chat records after WeChat deletes friends:

Method 1:

1. Open WeChat, click "+"in the upper right corner, and then select "Add Friend".

2. Enter the micro signal or mobile phone number of the deleted friend in the search box, and then click "Add to Address Book".

3. After the other party has passed the verification, open the chat window with the other party, then press and hold the chat record you want to restore, and select "Copy".

4. Then paste the copied chat record into the input box.

Method 2:

1. Open the WeChat computer and click the "More" option in the lower left corner.

2. In the pop-up window, select "Backup Recovery", and then select "Restore WeChat chat records to mobile phone".

3. Select the chat records that need to be restored, and then wait for the restoration to be completed.

It should be noted that if the chat record has not been backed up before, the chat record cannot be restored after deleting friends.
