Recruiting students from ordinary colleges and universities to join the army is an important measure to meet the needs of the development of higher education and the new situation of army building in China and improve the quality of soldiers from the source. According to the spirit of Xinyu conscription office, Yushui conscription office and other relevant documents, the relevant matters concerning the direct recruitment of non-commissioned officers and conscripts in our school in summer are hereby notified as follows:

First, directly recruit and enlist conscripts.

(1) Direct recruitment of non-commissioned officers: the target is male and female graduates. My major meets the professional needs of the army and I am unmarried. The male is under 24 years old (as of July of that year, 3 1) and the female is under 23 years old. Political and physical conditions shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions on the recruitment of conscripts. Recruited graduates of ordinary colleges and universities who have carried out vocational skills appraisal in their schools and majors shall obtain the' intermediate or above vocational qualification certificate' issued by the state.

(2) Conscripts: students (male) enrolled in ordinary colleges and universities.

(3) Conscription conditions: The students enlisted in the army are in good health, strong physique and good performance in reality. College students are no more than 23 years old, and undergraduates can be placed at 24 years old. Height should be above 162cm for men and above 160cm for women. The naked eye vision of the right eye is not less than 4.6, and the left eye vision is not less than 4.5. The weight shall not exceed +20% or-10% of the standard weight. Standard weight = (body- 1 10) kg.

II. Procedures for directly soliciting conscripts

Direct recruitment of non-commissioned officers and soldiers shall be handled in accordance with the procedures of filling in the application form for enlistment-physical examination-political examination-approval for enlistment.

Third, the treatment of directly recruiting conscripts

(1) Directly recruit non-commissioned officers: enjoy treatment according to the spirit of relevant documents.

(2) Recruitment of conscripts: College students who are enlisted in the army can enjoy the state compensation for tuition fees in accordance with the spirit of the Notice of the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Public Security, the General Staff Department and the General Political Department on Further Improving the Recruitment of Full-time College Students and the Recruitment Document of the Recruitment Office of the Ministry of National Defense (Notice) and the relevant provisions of our province.

Four, direct conscription, conscripts and time schedule

(1) Registration: Online direct recruitment of non-commissioned officers will be implemented this year. Male fresh graduates can log on to the "Online Prediction Platform for College Students" (website:) to inquire about the majors to be recruited. Those who meet the requirements can apply for direct recruitment of non-commissioned officers, or register with the armed forces department of the school. Women do not register online, but register directly in the armed forces department of the school. Applicants are registered in the armed forces department of the school.

(2) Registration time: directly recruit non-commissioned officers and conscripts simultaneously, from May 15 to May 3 1 day.

(3) Physical examination time: directly recruit non-commissioned officers. On June 4, the Municipal Conscription Office organized pre-physical examination and political preliminary examination for recruits. Before June 15, according to the notice list of the Provincial Conscription Office, eligible personnel will be selected to participate in the unified physical examination organized by the Provincial Conscription Office.

Physical examination time of conscripts: early June, the specific time will be notified separately.

(4) Time for political review: Direct recruitment and conscripts will be completed before the end of June.

(5) Review and determine soldiers: directly recruit non-commissioned officers before July 20, and recruit conscripts around mid-August.
