The insurance company sent a text message to accompany the compensation, and the money hasn't arrived yet.

If it hasn't arrived yet, you can send the detailed list of the bank you are looking for to the insurance company and tell them that you haven't received the money, so they can ask the bank what is going on. Don't cancel the complaint until you are sure that you have received the money.
