How to find nucleic acid test reports

Previous nucleic acid test reports can be found electronically on WeChat and Alipay, while paper reports need to be printed at the self-service printer in the outpatient hall or at the triage desk.

1. Electronic nucleic acid test report query:

(1) WeChat: Search the WeChat page for the mini program of the State Council client, find "Nucleic Acid Test Certificate", and then enter your personal information according to the prompts Identity information can be queried.

(2) Alipay: Open Alipay and directly search for "National Government Service Platform" at the top of the interface, click on nucleic acid and antibody test results query, and then enter your identity information to query.

In the Alipay interface, open the "Citizen Center" option, click "Epidemic Vaccine", and then on this page, open the nucleic acid results option, fill in relevant personal information, and click "Check Yourself". You can view your own nucleic acid test report information.

2. Inquiries about nucleic acid test paper reports: The tester needs to take his or her ID card and invoice to the self-service printer or triage station in the hospital outpatient hall to print.
