Recently, a number of banks have issued relevant policies to allow people affected by the epidemic to delay credit card repayment. At present, six major state-owned banks and 12 national joint-stock commercial banks have launched personal credit card business adjustment programs. A number of banks have announced that the repayment period of personal credit cards affected by the epidemic can be extended, and some banks can apply for an extension of one month.

First, online lending.

If the repayment cannot be made in a short time due to the epidemic situation, one of the reasons must be met, such as hospitalization or isolation of new pneumonia infected persons, isolation of observers needed for epidemic prevention and control, staff involved in epidemic prevention and control, and personnel who cannot repay on time due to the epidemic situation. Shanghai Pudong Development Bank has a grace period plan for qualified customers, but it needs further verification.

Second, offline loans.

Because of the epidemic situation, customers who can't repay in a short time can contact the local branch before the repayment expires and adjust the repayment plan according to the actual situation. If the following four categories of personnel are unable to repay, they need to prepare their ID cards in advance and provide corresponding certificates; Hospitalized or isolated persons infected with new pneumonia shall provide hospitalization certificate, diagnosis certificate, checklist and medical records issued by the hospital.

The prevention and control of epidemic situation requires the centralized isolation point set by the local government or the isolation observation certificate and isolation release certificate provided by local communities, neighborhood committees, village committees and property companies; The personnel involved in epidemic prevention and control shall provide the proof of the unit where the prevention and control personnel work, or the work permit of the medical staff in the designated hospital of the epidemic; If the repayment cannot be made on time due to the epidemic situation, the branch shall provide corresponding certification materials or explanations according to the actual situation.
