How to cancel the mobile broadband account online

1. Log in to China Mobile Online Mall or mobile phone client.

2. Click "My Broadband", enter "Business Management" and find the "Broadband Unsubscribe" option.

3. Enter the broadband account number, password and verification code, and click "Query".

4. Select "unsubscribe" and click "Submit". The account will be cancelled in about 72 hours, and a text message will be sent if the cancellation is successful.
