Yangzhou City has the following five standards for not yielding to pedestrians:

1. 2. If a pedestrian team is passing through a zebra crossing and forcibly crosses it, causing the pedestrians to interrupt their progress, it will be deemed that the motor vehicle failed to stop and give way when it encountered a pedestrian passing through the crosswalk, and may be treated in accordance with the 90th Road Traffic Safety Law. According to the provisions of this article, a fine of 100 yuan and 3 points will be imposed.

3. If there are more than two lanes in the same direction, and a motor vehicle has stopped to give way to a pedestrian, but other motor vehicles still forcefully pass by, it will be deemed that the motor vehicle did not stop to give way when it encountered a pedestrian passing through a crosswalk, and may be treated according to the " According to the provisions of Article 90 of the Road Traffic Safety Law, a fine of 100 yuan and 3 points will be imposed.

4. If a motor vehicle passes a motor vehicle signal light (circular screen light) or turns right at a yellow flashing intersection and turns right without giving way to a green light to let pedestrians pass, it will be deemed that the turning motor vehicle failed to give way to straight-going vehicles or pedestrians. . According to the provisions of Article 90 of the "Road Traffic Safety Law", if a turning motor vehicle fails to give way to vehicles or pedestrians going straight, a fine of 200 yuan and 3 points will be imposed.

5. When a pedestrian passes through a crosswalk and there is a trajectory conflict between the direction of travel of the pedestrian and the direction of travel of the vehicle, if a motor vehicle passes through the crosswalk without stopping in front of the stop line to give way, it will be deemed that the motor vehicle has violated the prohibited markings. According to the instructions, a fine of 200 yuan and 3 points can be imposed in accordance with the provisions of Article 90 of the Road Traffic Safety Law.
