Netease Cloud Music cannot change its nickname.

Hello, it may be caused by the same nickname. You can refer to the following methods:

Ways to modify nicknames in Netease Cloud Music Mobile APP

1. Open Netease Cloud Music APP, and after entering the page, click the account icon. (red line area in the picture)

2. After entering the account page, click on the avatar column. (red box area in the picture)

3. After clicking to enter, personal information and favorite music will appear. (as shown below) and then click the word "edit" in the upper right corner

4. After entering the personal information editing interface, click the nickname column.

5. enter your favorite name in the opened interface (hint: Netease cloud music is not allowed to have the same name. ) and then click finish.

PC-side Netease Cloud Music was renamed

1. Open Netease Cloud Music and click on the area shown in the figure below.

2. after the page opens, a small window will appear on the right, and then click the area shown below.

3. After opening, a personal homepage will appear, and then click Edit Personal Information, as shown below.

iv. enter your favorite nickname in the nickname column and click save. As shown below.
