How often does Industrial Bank call the guarantor for overdue loans?

Collection measures for personal loans of Industrial Bank include but are not limited to SMS reminder, telephone collection, sending collection notices to borrowers and guarantors, door-to-door collection, sending letters to lawyers, etc. For borrowers and their guarantors who fail to repay on time, Industrial Bank will file a lawsuit to interrupt the loan contract and guarantee contract within the limitation of action as appropriate.

According to the different overdue days, different collection measures are taken for personal overdue loans:

(1) For loans repaid during the grace period, Industrial Bank will send SMS reminders.

(2) Loans overdue within 30 days (inclusive) shall be collected by the customer service center of Industrial Bank by telephone.

(3) Loans overdue for 365,438+0 ~ 60 days (inclusive) are mainly collected at home, and a collection notice is issued.

(4) For loans overdue for 6 1 ~ 90 days (inclusive), in the case that all kinds of collection methods such as telephone calls and letters have no effect, lawyers' letters are mainly sent to overdue borrowers to inform them of the legal responsibilities involved in breach of contract.

(5) For loans overdue for more than 90 days, the relevant personnel of the Collection and Disposal Department of Industrial Bank shall enter into legal procedures and implement a debt-in-kind scheme for borrowers who meet the conditions of debt-in-kind repayment.
