The nail message keeps showing unread for the following reasons:

1. The other party didn't open the nail notice and didn't see the message.

2. The other party deliberately does not click on the message to view.

3. The other party is busy and has no time to open a nail to check the news.

4. The nailing system error has not been read. You can choose Ding to view the other party.

How to turn on message notification:

System: ios 14

Software version: Nail 5. 1.27

Open the nail and click on the avatar in the upper left corner.

Click Settings.

Select new message notification

Just turn on the notification of receiving new messages.
