China Construction Bank: Why didn't I receive the short message of fund change after I opened the notice of account change?

The mobile phone can't receive the short message sent by our bank, which can be roughly divided into the following two situations:

First of all, our system didn't send you this message:

(1) You have cancelled our account change notification service, so the system has not sent an account change notification SMS.

(2) As you failed to pay the service fee for account change notification in time within the grace period, our system has suspended sending the account change notification SMS to this customer.

(3) You customized the SMS receiving time of this mobile phone for our 95533 SMS service, and the SMS generated within the SMS receiving time range not set by the customer will be delayed to the next SMS receiving time period and then sent to this mobile phone.

(4) You have applied to our bank to block all the short messages sent by 95533 to this mobile phone, and our bank system has not sent the account change notification short messages.

(5) Your short message belongs to the short message notification generated by batch processing in the background of our bank. In order to avoid the interference of such short messages, according to the regulations of the Bank, the background processes the generated short message notification information in batches. If it exceeds 2 1:30 on the same day, it will be delayed until 8: 00 the next day. Please check the mail again the next day.

Second, your mobile phone can't receive SMS:

(1) If you use a smart phone and install software with SMS interception function, such as 360 Guardian and Dentsu, such software may intercept the SMS sent by our port 95533.

(2) Your mobile phone may have insufficient memory space to receive new messages due to reasons such as saving too many short messages.

(3) Your mobile phone number is in arrears with the operator's communication fee, and the service may be suspended by the operator to which the mobile phone belongs, resulting in that the mobile phone cannot receive short messages normally.

(4) Your mobile phone number may have applied to the home operator to set our 95533 port as the blacklist number of blocked SMS. For example, after a China mobile customer sends 00000 to 95533, China Mobile will block all short messages sent to the customer's mobile phone through 95533.

(5) The short message sending network signal of the operator in your area is poor or its network is blocked, resulting in the loss or delay of short messages.
