Requirements for opening a membership fee account of the Student Association

according to the regulations, party dues should be deposited in China Industrial and Commercial Bank, China Agricultural Bank, China Bank, China Construction Bank, Bank of Communications and China Postal Savings Bank, and may not be deposited in other banks. For towns and villages that do not have the above-mentioned bank savings outlets for the time being, they can temporarily deposit them in rural credit cooperatives, and then deposit the party membership fees in the above-mentioned state-owned or state-controlled banks when there are the above-mentioned bank savings outlets locally.

in addition to the certification materials stipulated by basic account, the opening of the special account for party membership fees also needs to provide the following materials:

1. The documents on the establishment of the special account, the documents appointed by the person in charge and the documents on the nature of funds.

2. Attached page of application for opening an internal department.

3. Power of attorney for the unit to authorize the party membership fee account to be opened (the power of attorney includes the name of the internal organization, the name of the person in charge and the nature of the account, and the legal responsibilities arising from the opening, use and cancellation of the bank account in this account shall be borne by the authorized unit). Note: This power of attorney shall be stamped with the official seal of the unit and the name of the legal representative.
