How to cancel the additional business?

If you need to unsubscribe from value-added services, you can unsubscribe from value-added services through China Unicom APP- Services-Handling-Value-added Services, select the button of value-added services products that need to be unsubscribed, click OK to submit, and finally the unsubscribe is successful, that is, unsubscribe from value-added services products.

Tips:

1. The effective time for unsubscribing value-added services is subject to specific business rules;

2. Some self-service channels of value-added services, such as Unicom APP and Internet Hall, do not support unsubscribe temporarily;

3. Unsubscribe the value-added services included in the package;

4. Value-added services whose tariff type is periodic billing cannot be unsubscribed.
