Why does Xiaomi mobile phone sometimes have no sound?

1. Check whether mute mode is turned on. When the mute mode is turned on, there will be a bell icon on the left side of the data signal icon;

You can press the volume button. If the ringtone is blue, it means that the phone is in silent mode. At this point, you can click the blue icon to turn off the mute mode and try again.

2. In the new version of MIUI, the sound assistant function can set the volume separately for different applications. If only some apps are muted, you can re-adjust the volume in the app, or turn off the "multi-application media sound adjustment" function in the phone settings-sound and touch-sound assistant;

3. Check whether the Bluetooth headset is connected, turn off Bluetooth and try again;

4. If the wired earphone is not connected but the earphone icon is displayed in the notification bar, it may be that there is something wrong with the earphone interface of the mobile phone, and you can try to clean the earphone hole.

5. Enter * # * # 6484 # * * in the dial-up interface to enter CIT (hardware detection) and select the speaker to check whether it is normal;
