In order to cooperate with the city's epidemic prevention and control work and protect the legitimate rights and interests of deposited employees, we are hereby notified of the following measures to implement housing provident fund withdrawal and rights protection services in response to the epidemic. :

1. According to the business rules for withdrawing housing provident fund for rental housing and paying rent, the withdrawal and payment time in April is expected to be April 28. Please apply for employees to pay attention to the withdrawable balance of their housing provident fund account (account withdrawable balance = Account balance - 0.01 yuan). If the withdrawable balance in the account is insufficient, the withdrawal payment in April will fail. In order to avoid failure to withdraw payment, employees can make online changes to lower the monthly withdrawal amount before April 27 according to the type of business they handle:

(1) It belongs to the employee rental market through the Housing Leasing Company** *If the service platform handles online signature filing and withdraws housing provident funds to pay rent, the withdrawal frequency is quarterly. The withdrawable balance in the account should be greater than the monthly withdrawal amount*3. The online channels for changing the monthly withdrawal amount are "Shanghai Provident Fund" APP and "Submit Application" APP or mini-program;

(2) If the rental housing in the employee rental market does not go through online signing and filing, and the housing provident fund is withdrawn to pay rent, the withdrawal frequency is quarterly, and the withdrawable balance of the account should be greater than the monthly withdrawal amount* 3. In order to minimize the impact of the epidemic on employees with rental withdrawals, for employees who failed to withdraw payment due to insufficient housing provident fund accounts in April, the Municipal Provident Fund Center will arrange an additional payment for the above-mentioned employees at the end of May. Lease withdrawal payment (except when employees apply for termination of business).

2. If the housing provident fund rights protection complaints and reporting cases cannot be completed within the prescribed time limit due to the impact of the epidemic, the procedures such as acceptance review, preliminary verification, investigation and evidence collection, and document delivery may be postponed or suspended accordingly. The impact time is not included in the prescribed time limit.
