In order to ensure the demand for blood for clinical emergency treatment in hospitals in the city, whether it is scorching sun, severe cold and hot summer or windy and rainy, general practitioners are busy in the front line of blood collection 365 days a year, overcoming all kinds of difficulties, uniting and cooperating, trying to work overtime, completing and exceeding the blood collection task every day, and there has never been a blood emergency phenomenon.

5. Blood supply reached a record high. In the whole year, 33667 people participated in voluntary blood donation, including 9720 people of type A, accounting for 28.9%; 7627 people of type B, accounting for 22.7%; Type o 14339 people, accounting for 42.6%, and type ab198/kloc-0 people, accounting for 6%; The blood donation reached120200ml, up by 0.91000ml and 8% year-on-year. The publicity and mobilization of blood donation has achieved remarkable results, reaching the goal that 100% of clinical emergency blood and machine-collected platelets in the city come from voluntary blood donation, and it is at the forefront of the province and even the whole country; Seriously implement the "one method" and "two norms", and the quality management system of blood stations is relatively perfect; The qualifications of the employees meet the relevant regulations, and the blood source management files and computer network management system have been established; There is a blood emergency plan for emergencies; Blood management is standardized, blood collection and supply are normal and orderly, clinical blood use in medical institutions is scientific and reasonable, and blood quality inspection is strictly controlled to ensure the safety and effectiveness of clinical blood use, and blood quality problems have never occurred.

2. Strengthen network construction and realize information management. This year, the computer software and network were upgraded, the information management system was further standardized, and the work efficiency and scientific management level of blood stations were improved. At present, the whole process of blood collection and supply has been managed by network, and the identity of blood donors has been carefully verified according to the health examination standards of blood donors. From blood source registration, physical examination, examination, blood collection to blood packaging, storage and custody, the quality of blood is guaranteed.

3. Strengthen blood testing and strictly control the quality. In strict accordance with the "Standards for the Quality Management of Blood Station Laboratories", they used domestic and imported reagents to test seven items of blood type, hemoglobin, transaminase, hepatitis B surface antigen, hepatitis C antibody, syphilis and HIV antibody, and also tested suspected positive samples for the third time, thus ensuring the blood quality. * * * Three times this year, I participated in the quality control between rooms organized by the Ministry of Health, the Provincial Clinical Laboratory Center and the Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and all achieved excellent results. Two cases of abo subtype (difficult blood type) were found, and the detection and determination of difficult blood type, cross matching of difficult blood type and blood transfusion of some diseases were successfully completed in hospitals in the city. This year, the blood storage points were inspected five times to guide the rational use of blood in clinic, and the epidemic situation management and real-time reporting system of infectious diseases were established and improved, with special personnel in charge. There were no medical disputes and safety and quality accidents caused by blood transfusion.

4. Strengthen post-event quality monitoring to ensure blood quality.

(1) blood quality monitoring. The quality control department randomly checks the quality of blood components every month. In the whole year, 35 cases of blocked list information were found in hematology department, including the change of initial inspection and re-inspection information and the modification of inspection conclusion. Six blood donors were screened, mainly because the direct anti-human ball test was positive, which did not match many blood donors. After confirmation by the blood group room, the information of blood donors will be permanently blocked and listed as unable to donate blood again.

(7) Strengthen business training and learning. In-station business training mainly trains and studies the quality management system documents by departments, so that employees can understand, be familiar with and master the operating procedures and operate according to the procedures in their work. Going out for short-term training, this year * * * sent 10 batches of personnel to all parts of the country for short-term training, including 2 in Nanning, Guangxi, 3 in Beijing and 25 in Guangdong, 8 times /2 1 day.
