When modifying the mobile phone number through mobile banking, the security authentication tool of electronic banking is needed. Supported authentication tools include: "mobile phone transaction code+dynamic password" (E-TOKEN is supported by overseas white list customers), "BOC E shield" and "SIM shield". Single mobile phone transaction code and mobile phone shield authentication method are not supported for the time being.

Tip:

1. When modifying the mobile phone number, face authentication (also called "face recognition") will be carried out in addition to verifying the e-banking security authentication tool.

2. When the customer chooses the authentication method of "mobile phone transaction code +ETOKEN", the SMS template sent to the current mobile phone number (non-novice mobile phone number) is: verification code: XXX****XXXX, and you are modifying the mobile phone number reserved by the bank (the new number is XXX * * * xxxx). Please do it yourself, and beware of defrauding the Bank of China.
