How to modify the mobile home number through SMS or online business hall?

Modification method of online business hall:

1. Log in to official website, the mobile online business hall (log in with the mobile phone number and service password that users need to modify their home number).

2. Click on the top to navigate "My Phone".

3. Click on the left navigation "Family Number Management".

4. You can also directly find "Home Number Management" in the "My Phone" drop-down option in the top navigation, and click to enter.

5. Select the package "M-Zone serial number 09 1" and click Settings.

6. The number initially set by the user will appear at the bottom of the current page. Select the number to modify, click Modify, enter the number currently set by the user in the pop-up information box, and click OK to complete the modification.

SMS modification method:

1. First you need to dial 10086. The customer service will send a text message to the mobile phone to modify the family number and follow the prompts. Edit the message "50093" to 10086.

2. The system will prompt the user to confirm the long-distance family package and reply 1.

3. Reply to the original family number and the new family number according to the prompt, and the format must be written correctly.

4. After the modification, there will be a short message indicating success, which will take effect the next month.
