Will I be punished if I receive a short message with abnormal ICBC card status?

Two situations will be punished:.

1. Units and individuals that rent, lend, sell or purchase bank accounts or payment accounts recognized by public security organs at or above the municipal level.

2 units and individuals who impersonate others to open bank accounts or pay accounts.

It is possible that personal information is imperfect or the bank card has been degaussed and cannot be read, resulting in abnormal status of the industrial and commercial bank card.
