Where can I download the personal social security rights form?

1. Make sure the mobile phone can surf the Internet first, and then download an APP of "Jiangsu Wisdom Society".

2. Open the "Jiangsu Wisdom Society" APP to display the login page; After registration, you can choose "account login" or "SMS login" voluntarily according to your own situation.

3. After logging in to the homepage of "Jiangsu Smart People's Society" APP, you will see a section with "Personal Rights Form" on it. Click to enter.

Here we choose the corresponding options according to our employment situation. The following is "Social Insurance Rights and Interests Record (Insured)", as shown in the figure:

5. After clicking the option to enter, we can choose the time period when we want to check the social security certificate. The social security certificate for one year is displayed by default. After selecting the time period, click "Confirm".

6. Finally, the personal social security certificate of the selected time period is displayed. Click "Save As Picture" to save it in our mobile phone photos. Is it simple?
