Why can't I intercept harassing text messages?

Spam cannot be stopped for the following reasons:

1. Some enterprises are unwilling to give up the huge benefits that can be easily obtained.

2. It is difficult to curb the multi-channel sending of spam messages only by means of SMS filtering by operators and reporting by the masses.

3. The senders and direct beneficiaries of spam messages are rarely severely punished by law.
