The message flashed back. Is there an answer?

If the mobile phone turns on software, such as flashing back and forced shutdown, it is recommended that:

1. There may be too many software caches, so it is suggested to try to clear the software cache: Settings-Find the application manager "-(All)-Find the software-(Store)-Clear the data (Note: all data of the application will be permanently deleted).

2. If the software can be uninstalled, it is recommended to uninstall the software and reinstall it, or replace it with another software version and try to install it again.

3. If not, please update the mobile phone system version: Settings-About the mobile phone (about the device)-Download the update manually/download the update automatically (software update/system update-update). Note: Please back up the data in the device before upgrading.

4. If it is the latest version, please back up the data in the device, and then try to restore the factory settings.

If the problem still exists after the above operation, please take the purchase invoice, maintenance card and machine to the service center for inspection.
