What behaviors constitute violent collection?

1. Without the borrower’s permission, call relatives or friends in the borrower’s address book and harass them multiple times;

2. Intimidate, Threatening the borrower or relatives, friends and family members in the address book;

3. The borrower receives more than 3 collection calls per day after the borrower is overdue;

4. The borrower’s collection calls after the overdue period are not received at 8 a.m. : 00-9:00 pm time period;

5. Exposing the borrower's personal information;

6. Going to the borrower's home or workplace to collect debt, causing serious damage to the personal reputation;

7. The overdue fee after overdue is higher than the overdue interest rate stipulated by the People's Bank of China;

8. Use inducement methods to let borrowers borrow money from other platforms to repay the loans borrowed from this platform;

9. Use illegal software to bombard borrowers’ mobile phone numbers with text messages and phone calls;

10. Impersonate staff of national law enforcement agencies to intimidate borrowers, violently collect debts and other illegal activities.
