ICBC has officially launched this mobile phone reservation cash withdrawal service nationwide. Customers do not need a bank card after logging into ICBC mobile banking to apply for the reservation cash withdrawal service. You can withdraw cash through any ICBC automated teller machine (ATM) with your mobile phone number, reservation code, temporary password sent by the bank and other information.

The relevant person in charge of ICBC told reporters that when using a mobile phone to make an appointment for cash withdrawal, customers can first log in to the bank’s mobile banking, select the “appointment for cash withdrawal” function, and follow the prompts to reserve the “reservation code” and confirm the appointment. Valid time, enter the cash withdrawal amount, specify the withdrawal account, and conduct identity authentication through media such as password cards or electronic ciphers. Then the customer will receive a temporary password text message from 95588. Customers can withdraw money from any ICBC ATM nearby within the valid time they set. When withdrawing money, they must enter their mobile phone number, reserved "reservation code" and temporary password sent by the bank. Currently, the single and daily cumulative cash withdrawal limits for this service are 1,000 yuan and 5,000 yuan respectively.

The person in charge said that in order to ensure the safety of customers’ funds, when making an appointment to withdraw cash through mobile banking, the designated account can only be a debit card account, and the debit card must be issued by the customer through an ICBC outlet. You need to add it to mobile banking and activate external payment permissions instead of adding it to mobile banking by yourself.
