What is the difference between the beginning of account number 9 and the beginning of account number 2?

There is no difference between the beginning of 9 and the beginning of 2 in the exploration account, and all the functions and privileges are the same. After opening the exploration app, click the "Register Now" button on the home page. After entering the "Register with Mobile Phone Number" page, fill in your mobile phone number and click "Get Verification Code". Fill in the verification code sent to your mobile phone by SMS in the "Verification Code" input box and click Continue. Then fill in your name, birthday and other information to complete the registration.
